Cancellation policy
Provisional content — must be validated by Moroccan legal counsel before publication (applicable law, CNDP, terms of sale, cancellation).
- More than 48h before the slot: full refund or free reschedule.
- Between 24h and 48h: one free reschedule.
- Less than 24h: non-refundable, unless a manager exception applies.
- Late arrival: the treatment may be shortened to protect the next slot.
- Spa-initiated cancellation: full refund or priority reschedule.
